Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Catapult Education, LLC (DBA Catapult Grow) hereinafter referred to as the "GPO," and the undersigned member, hereinafter referred to as the "Member."

 

1. Membership Acceptance: By signing this Agreement, the Member agrees to become a participant in the GPO and to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein. The GPO reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application at its discretion.

 

2. Membership Benefits: The Member acknowledges that their membership in the GPO grants them access to negotiated discounts, vendor partnerships, and other benefits as offered by the GPO. 

 

3. Membership Fees: Membership in the GPO may require the payment of dues or fees, which will be outlined in a separate fee schedule provided to the Member. Failure to pay membership dues may result in the suspension or termination of membership benefits.

 

4. Vendor Relationships: The Member understands that the GPO will engage with various vendors and suppliers to secure discounts and favorable terms on behalf of its members. The Member agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by these vendors when making purchases.

 

5. Confidentiality: The Member acknowledges and agrees that the special pricing, discounts, and terms negotiated by the GPO with vendors are confidential and proprietary information. The Member shall not disclose or make this information available to any third party, including competitors or other non-member entities, without the prior written consent of the GPO. The Member shall take all reasonable measures to safeguard and protect this confidential information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
 

6. Termination of Membership: The GPO reserves the right to terminate a Member's membership at its discretion, with or without cause. Termination may result from violations of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the GPO. The member can cancel their membership by emailing support@catapultgrow.com 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.

 

7. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida and any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Florida.

 

8. Amendment of Terms: The GPO reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the GPO and the Member, superseding all prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

By signing below, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement.
